I appreciated the attentive bell staff upon arrival. They stored my luggage promptly. The room (Executive Suite 1 King Bed Wet Bar) was spacious. (The wet bar was a nice touch!).

helpful staff perfect location
The location was perfect for my needs. I could walk to many shops and restaurants easily. The lobby was light filled. I appreciated the helpful staff.
Many lockers would not lock. My shower water was only warm after 7 a.m.

Really good Downtown Stay
helpful doorman beautiful lobby spacious shower
The doorman was helpful upon arrival. The lobby presented a bright and beautiful space. I easily parked in the underground garage and accessed the lobby via elevator. The convenience store offered medicine and snacks, USEFUL. Our room featured a soft bed. The shower was spacious enough for two people, and robes were available.
The check-in process felt somewhat robotic, with the receptionist speaking quickly and lacking clarity. This made understanding the initial details slightly challenging.

The Boulevard restaurant offers a nice atmosphere. The food tasted delicious. Guests can choose indoor or patio seating when weather permits.

central location helpful staff bag storage local recommendations
the location was central, with access to nearby shops. i appreciated the availability of an iga supermarket just across the street. the hotel stored my bags before check-in, and that was really helpful. the staff gave useful recommendations for local restaurants, a service i certainly valued.
the gym seemed a bit noisy as i could hear some of the equipment early in the morning.
